Bob Fowner

About Bob: Bob was born and raised in Philadephia, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Maryland for Business and Speech & Hearing. Bob is a retired Marine Corps Colonel, and has been in the area since retirement in 1979. He is our company founder and President. He started with his first property in 1979 and has held positions from General Manager to Association Manager for several properties since then. He is a Rotary International member and is very active in the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Something you may not know about Bob: I was a member of the State of Florida's ad-hoc committee that initiated Community Association licensing in the state of Florida.
Favorite hobby: Since I cannot fly or scuba dive anymore, my favorite hobby is golf.
Favorite sports team: Philadelphia Phillies
Favorite book: They Shoot Horses, Don't They? by Jane Duckworth
Dream Vacation: Returning to SE Asia on a cruise

About Debbie: Debbie attended Troy State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management. She has lived here in Fort Walton Beach, Florida since 1968 and considers it to be home, and very special.

About Aaron: Aaron was raised on the beaches of Okaloosa Island and graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School in 1993.  After high school Aaron settled in Mobile, AL to attend Southeast College of Technology. He now resides in Mary Esther, FL with is wife Casey, three daughters Emily, Ella, and Elyse, and two golden retrievers Peyton and Ceaser.
 
Something you may not know about Aaron: Before moving back to Florida, I was a Sr. IT Manager with Cingular Wireless (now AT&T) where I managed teams responsible for maintaining customer data and managing monthly billing cycles.
Favorite hobby: Running
Favorite sports team: Florida State Seminoles
Dream Vacation: Anywhere kids aren't crying and diapers don't have to be changed!

About Karen: Karen is a transplant from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has lived in Fort Walton Beach, Florida for twenty years. She just had to get away from all that ice and snow! Before starting her career in community association management, Karen ran her own marine fabricating company for sixteen years.

Something you may not know about Karen: I am the holder of a 100 Ton Coast Guard captain's license.
Favorite hobby: Cruising on my 1966 41' Hattaras motor yacht, "Miss Karen's Dream".
Favorite sports team: Pittsburgh Steelers
Dream vacation: Cruising up to Pittsburgh on "Miss Karen's Dream"

About Andrea: Andrea is retired from ExxonMobil Chemical, Baytown Texas- Linear Paraffin Unit, Unicorn Control Center. She is the mother of 2 girls, and grandmother of 3 girls. She has been married for 22 years. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, boating, and hanging out on a deserted beach. She likes to explore places she has never been before and does not mind being lost. That is when you find the most interesting things about a place!
 
Something you may not know about Andrea: I marry people in my other business, Tiki Beach Weddings.
Favorite Hobby: Sewing, although I seem to play Farmville more lately!
Favorite sports team: No favorite sports team, but I like Nascar and root for Jeff Gordon and Kyle Busch.
Least favorite food: I do not like any seafood.
Dream vacation: Anywhere I can just get away for a few days. I can think of many places I would like to go.
Biggest pet peeve: People who park in handicap parking spaces, that are not handicapped.

About Casey: Casey was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and spent over 7 years working in a children's pediatric ER. She loves spending time with her family, and that is what brought her to RDF Associates, Inc. She works in accounts payable here at RDF and is happy to assist you!

Favorite hobby: Sewing. (especially clothes for my little girls)

About Mallory: Mallory has been with us since June of 2009. She is a long-time Northern New Hampshire native, and has lived in the Fort Walton Beach, Florida area since 2009. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to the beach and working on her home. She resides in Mary Esther with her husband, Michael, who is the Director of Web Development at a local software development/website design firm, and their two kitties, Daisy and Lilly.

Something you may not know about Mallory: I used to have a pet chinchilla. No one I knew had ever heard of a chinchilla before!
Least favorite food: Hummus.. ew.
Favorite restaurant: Since there is no May Kelly's Cottage here, it is a tie between Bonefish Grill and Olive Garden.
