Our company founder, Robert D. Fowner, started with his first property in 1979 and has held positions from General Manager to Association Manager for several properties since then.  Mr. Fowner has obtained his PCAM certification and teaches various courses for CAI’s Professional Management Development Program as well.  In 2005 he was appointed to the Florida Condominium Advisory Council.
